Cancel

→ Orders can be canceled by Q & A corner or Email.

 

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately or within 12 hours of your order.
Because we may start preparing and packing the goods as soon as you place your order.
(Average product preparation period: As soon as the order was placed ~ up to 10 days)

Therefore, check your order status first. (at My Account)

[Payment Confirmed] 
: If you contact the customer center as soon as possible, you can cancel it. Contact us within hours of ordering time.

[Ship Estimated (Scheduled for Shipping)]
: It is likely that goods and packaging are already ready. It may be difficult to cancel because it is just before the delivery starts. Once you contact the customer center, you can check whether the cancellation is possible. Cancellation fees may be incurred in this case. *Because the product is almost ready and packaged*

Exchange / Return Policy

- Once the item is ready for packing or shipping, it is difficult to change or cancel it.
- If you received a wrong product or other goods, we will respond immediately after you contact us.

- A request for refund and exchange should be made within 7 days after the delivery date.

▶ If 7 days already passed(from the date you received the item), Exchange/Return request can be refused.

: Please contact us by our QnA board or Email. All returning and additional shipping costs should be paid by the customer.

 

※ On our side (★★ Please attach the photos of the packages and products you received.)
1) Wrong or Missing Item: Refund and exchange is possible
2) Lost or Damaged item: Please contact us by our QnA board or Email. Refund and exchange will be made depending on each case.

 

※ Delivery company's fault

: Compensated by the delivery company

 

※ If the recipient doesn't follow the Domestic Import tax law, and the parcel is returned.     
1) All returning and additional shipping cost should be paid by the customer
2) The first shipping cost you paid is not refundable (or will be held from the order cost amount if it was a “free shipping” order)
3) Check the bottom for policy guidance and cancellation fees.

 

After your order is shipped, some minor deformation or damage of the contents might be caused by the impact of Customs procedures and Delivery process such as Small scratches or package deformation, etc.

In this case, the refund or exchange is not available as long as the contents are usable.

 

* When return is not accepted

- Products over 7 days after delivery(from The date you received the item)

- If the customer has damaged or defiled the product
- Products that have been returned without contacting us in advance
- Products that customers have used once




Refund for failed delivery

If the shipment fails and the goods return to us because it is not our fault, we will proceed with the refund, excluding the initial shipping cost.
We have already received a order normally and sent the goods to you, so the shipping cost has also occurred normally.
★Therefore, the amount excluding the initial shipping cost will be refunded to you.★

The following are the delivery failures that are not our fault.
- Unknown : Wrong recipient’s information from a buyer (Moved, Wrong address, etc.)
- Absence : Buyer was not able to receive delivery because of absence
- Refused : Buyer refused to receive the parcel
- Unclaimed : Buyer didn’t fulfill customs procedure



About duty at customs

Customs Tax
Paying custom or taxes is basic mandatory and those charges must be paid separately by the customer.
Therefore, it's not our responsibility of reimbursement.
Customs issues vary by countries, so customers need to contact local customs office for detailed information to avoid potential problem.
Please check your country's customs regulation first, before making orders.

Customs Refusal
We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other related issues.
When refused package returns to Beautykoreamall, we are not responsible to ship it out again.


About the Refund due to refusal to pay customs duties
In case of refusal to pay customs duties and then returned items, we will refund the product price excluding shipping costs.
However, when checking the product, please note that products that are difficult to resell are excluded from the refund price.
(EX. product damage, products with an expiration date of less than 6 months, etc.)

Before product preparation
: No cancellation fee → Quickly contact the customer center before your item are ready

Product preparation and packaging completion (just before delivery)
: Cancellation fees may occur. You can check it by contacting the customer center.

Shipped
: Cancellation after shipping or if package returned by the customer, initial shipping charges are not refundable. Because the shipping fee has already incurred.
(* When it is returned because you didn't paying taxes to your country's customs.)
(* Almost everything is included if the problem is not caused by us & the shipping company.)
 
So, there will be a cancellation fee (including the return cost).
- Order amount under $100 : cancellation fee $3
- Order amount more than $100 : cancellation fee $5~10
- Order amount more than $1000 : about 5%
☆ Request for cancellation within 1-3 hour after order is only acceptable with no charges.
