When you have a problem with package(item)
If there is a problem with the package you received, please prepare follows before contacting us.
* You must contact us within a week of receiving the package.
1) You must provide your order number (Or email address used when ordering)
2) Provide the item name and describe a status that has a problem.
3) Please attach damaged(or have other problems) item photos.
Also, include photos of all the products(removed the bubble wrap) and inner/outer box you received for the first time.
