Return & exchange
  • A request for refund and exchange should be made within 7 days after the delivery date.

Refund for failed delivery
  • If the shipment fails and the goods return to us because it is not our fault, we will proceed with the refund, excluding the initial shipping cost. We have already received a order normally and sent the goods to you, so the shipping cost has also occurred normally.
