1. Wipe your fingernails with a remover for persistence and apply a thin layer of base coat. 

 

2. Apply a suitable amount of the contents to the inside brush to dry it thin and evenly. Apply one more time after drying. 

 

3. Rub the remover with a cotton pad soaked enough to remove it.
