EMS
  • Shipping time of delivery : In average 5 - 10 working days

Registered airmail
  • Shipping time of delivery : In average 2 - 8 weeks
  • Parcel weight : 100 g ~ 2,000 g (Including packaging)

  • Tracking option : Very variable tracking feature.
Return & exchange
  • A request for refund and exchange should be made within 7 days after the delivery date.
    If 7 days already passed, Request can be refused.

Refund for failed delivery
  • If the shipment fails and the goods return to us because it is not our fault, we will proceed with the refund, excluding the initial shipping cost. We have already received a order normally and sent the goods to you, so the shipping cost has also occurred normally.
    ★Therefore, the amount excluding the initial shipping cost will be refunded to you.★
