    This was my first toner, and it does what it says. It's a good hydration boosting toner. I use right after washing my face, before serums and creams, and it does make a difference I find. My skin is plumped right way after using this. I think using a hydrating toner has made a huge positive impact on my skin routine.

Refund for failed delivery
